This class combines vinyasa yoga with the kriyas, mantras, mudras, and meditations of Kundalini Yoga. Expect to break a sweat and a smile.
The traditional sequences include a warm-up, kriyas, mantra, savasana, and meditation/mudras. Expect to sing, shake, stomp, and swing!
